Cancellation Process: You can request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours of Purchases the terms and conditions as mentioned under the Returns Policy shall be applicable.
Refund Process: The amount will be directly refunded to your bank account. The refunded amount will be processed within 7-10 working days after the order cancellation
Exceptions:
While we do our best to accommodate cancellations, there are certain situations where cancellations may not be possible:
- Custom or personalized items that are already in production.
- Orders that have already been shipped.
- Items that have been altered or modified in any way.
